Add the bot with its requested permissions, place its role above player roles, run /setup, then choose existing channels or automatic secured channel creation.
Follow the event flow below. All tournament administration happens through buttons and forms.

Open the private controller, select Create Event, choose Solo or Duo Signup, and enter optional fees and payment methods. Nuke pricing is reserved for paid bot plans.
Players enter an Activision ID. In Duo Signup they can invite a partner by DM or join the solo duo queue. Close registration and confirm required payments when ready.
If more solo entrants exist than available bracket spots, select Randomize Teams. Every eligible solo receives a claim DM; the fastest responses qualify and are randomly paired.
Review the temporary team reveal. Players may request Lock, Respin, or Nuke, while administrators make the final decision. Approved fees update the prize pot.
The bot generates a visual single-elimination bracket with automatic byes and opens private match rooms. BO3 uses HP / HP / SND; the Grand Final uses BO5.
One player from each side confirms the winner and score. An administrator approves advancement, and later rounds remain locked until the current round finishes.
Grand Final winners receive a temporary five-hour trophy nickname. Select Close Event to remove temporary rooms, teams, and the live bracket.
