Terms of Service
These terms are a practical starting point, not legal advice. Have them reviewed for your location and business before accepting payments.
By installing or using OMG Switcharoo (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a Discord server, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that server.
1. The Service
OMG Switcharoo provides Discord-based tools for tournament registration, team assignment, brackets, match rooms, result approvals, tickets, and related administration. Features may change as the Service improves.
2. Organizer responsibilities
Server owners and event organizers are solely responsible for their rules, eligibility decisions, prizes, entry fees, refunds to players, disputes, moderation, and compliance with applicable laws. OMG Switcharoo does not operate your tournament or guarantee participant conduct.
3. Payments
The bot may display payment handles and let administrators manually mark participants as paid. It does not process player entry fees and does not verify payment transactions. Payment arrangements between organizers and participants are their responsibility.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break laws, defraud or harass others, infringe rights, distribute malware, abuse Discord, bypass access controls, disrupt the Service, or reverse engineer protected parts of it.
5. Plans and licenses
Current plan details and prices appear on the website or at checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. A lifetime license means premium access for the operational lifetime of the Service, not the lifetime of a person or server. It applies to one Discord server at a time.
A lifetime license may be transferred to another server no more than once in any rolling 30-day period. Only the original purchaser may request a transfer. A transfer removes premium access from the previous server. We may require proof of purchase and may refuse suspicious or abusive transfers.
6. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, security risks, abuse, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Removing the bot does not automatically erase every record; see the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free brackets, permanent data retention, or suitability for a particular tournament. Always verify critical event details.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, OMG Switcharoo and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost prizes, lost revenue, lost data, or tournament disputes. Total liability related to paid use will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the claim.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on Discord and may reference Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Railway, or other providers. Their terms apply separately. OMG Switcharoo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, Activision, Call of Duty, or those payment providers.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced through a reasonable channel. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
