Refund Policy

Premium checkout is not live yet. Review and finalize this policy before accepting payment.

Bot premium purchases

Unless a different policy is shown at checkout, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first premium purchase if premium features have not been substantially used. Lifetime purchases are not eligible after the license has been transferred to another server. Renewals, partially used billing periods, and purchases older than 7 days are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellation

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Premium access continues through the end of the paid billing period unless a refund is issued.

Tournament entry and action fees

OMG Switcharoo does not collect or control player entry, respin, lock, or nuke fees displayed by event organizers. Refund questions about those charges must be directed to the organizer who received the payment.

Service problems

If a verified Service failure prevents meaningful use of a paid feature, contact us with the server ID, purchase information, and a description of the issue. We will review the request fairly.

Send refund requests to ADD-YOUR-SUPPORT-EMAIL. Include the purchaser’s Discord ID, server ID, purchase date, and receipt or transaction identifier. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
